Change GIF speed
Make a GIF play faster or slower, or give every frame the same delay.

How speeding up works
A GIF stores a delay for each frame. Speeding up shortens the delays. Browsers can't show a frame for less than 20 ms (they slow such GIFs down instead), so when the delays would get shorter than that, lessgif skips frames to keep the speed you asked for. Slowing down just makes the delays longer and never loses a frame.
